Celebrity chef George Calombaris is set to revive his beloved Greek street food hotspot, Gazi, at The Hellenic House Project in Highett next month. Known for its feta chips and iconic terracotta pot ceiling, Gazi promises a nostalgic return with a month-long menu takeover featuring favorites like prawn kataifi and the famous Bombe Metaxa.
