The village of Kontaiika sustained extensive damage and has been deemed the most damaged area as a result of the recent earthquake which has devastated the beautiful island of Samos. With homes and buildings reduced to rubble many residents are forced to sleep in tents whilst temperatures are dropping as winter approaches.
