The US government has awarded Lockheed Martin a $1.2 billion contract to produce UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters for Greece and Sweden, along with additional sales to other non-EMEA customers. This initiative, announced on October 28, follows Greece's commitment to acquiring 35 helicopters and Sweden's purchase of 12 for its Air Force. The new helicopters will replace aging models in the Hellenic Army and enhance overall military capabilities.
