The managing director of OSE, Panagiotis Terezakis, and a private individual have been summoned to provide explanations today regarding missing video footage from the loading of a freight train at Thessaloniki's Commercial Station before the fatal Tempi collision. This follows an urgent investigation by the Larissa Prosecutor's Office, as key video evidence was not delivered to the investigating authorities. Meanwhile, criminal charges are being pursued against several Transport Ministry officials, with further prosecutions expected in the coming months. The investigation also awaits crucial findings from a chemical engineering professor on the fire that followed the collision.
