Greek PM meets with EU Commissioner for Regional Policy

Greece’s Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is scheduled to meet today with European Commissioner for Regional Policy Corina Cretu who is in Greece on an official visit from October 3 to 5, to talk with government officials and visit projects funded by the European Union.

Cretu’s itinerary includes the Roman Agora, the new municipal market in Kypseli, the Thriasio transport complex, the new high-speed electric train line running between Tithorea, Lianokladi and Domokos, the Makrakomi bypass and the Logistics company.

The EU Commissioner will also attend the inauguration of the recreation of Lake Karla, which was drained in the 60s.
