Model Sophia Hadjipanteli has revealed she’s been at the centre of death threats over her famous monobrow.

Sophia has worked for leading brands including Chanel and Fenty Beauty and has also paraded down the catwalk with popular models including Bella Hadid.

The 22-year-old who was born in Cyprus and moved to London revealed on Good Morning Britain this week that she is constantly harassed online for her unique features, including constant death threats.

“I get a lot of death threats funnily enough, I guess it’s not that funny,” she said.

“I definitely get a lot of negative reactions, I’m not going to sit here and say a lot of them are positive because that’s obviously not the case. Most are negative.”

Despite the online harassment from keyboard warriors, Sophia has maintained a positive attitude and has decided to become a role model for girls that don’t fit into what is considered as “normal” beauty.

“It’s disgusting but then you think how is it that somewhere somebody has been told that it’s so unacceptable to look the way I do that it infuriates them to the point where they have to threaten my life,” Sophia told the hosts.

Her biggest fan is her boyfriend Zac Apostolou, a London-based photographer, who told viewers he loves Sophia’s monobrow.

Sophia has also landed a contract with a British modelling agency and says she hopes her unibrow movement will continue to inspire others.
