A small fire was started by petrol and a flame at the Holy Church of "The Annunciation of Our Lady" in Melbourne, Australia.
Police and firefighters responded quickly after witnesses called emergency services.
The fire which was started outside one of the doors was thankfully put out before it spread inside the church.
The culprit is being questioned by police.
