Greece’s pistol shooting champion Anna Korakaki has won gold in the 10-metre air pistol women’s final at the ISSF World Cup Rifle/Pistol, which was held in Munich.
The Greek Olympic champion climbed to the top of the podium to accept her gold medal after scoring a total of 241.4 points, followed by China’s Qian Wei who came in second grabbing silver with 239.6 points and South Korea’s Kim Minjung with 220.8 won bronze.
“A gold medal today in Munich's world cup, the world's toughest competition of the year! Always beside me is my dad and coach Tasos Korakakis and my strong supporters. Thank you all for your love and wonderful wishes and messages,” said Korakaki after her triumphant win.
