The Bold & the Beautiful’s ‘Brooke’ arrives in Corfu

Famous American television actress Katherine Kelly Lang, better known as ‘Brooke’ from the hit soapie “The Bold and the Beautiful” arrived on the island of Corfu, where she will spend some time filming for Skai television series ‘8 Lexeis’.

Katherine, who plays Brooke Logan Forrester on the popular American soapie accepted to play the role of an American journalist who becomes involved with some political intrigue and romance on the Greek show, which is created by Andreas Georgiou and Koulis Nikolaou.

 

Arriving from Athens, where the stunning 58-year-old grandmother spent a few days with her partner of 7 years Dominique Zoida, Katherine told local media she was very happy to be in Greece as “It’s a dream come true to be here”.

The star was accompanied by the creators, cast, and crew of the series and was welcomed at the airport by children in traditional Corfu costume along with the Deputy Mayor Panagiota Tzanne and fans who were excited to meet the American actress.

Katherine visited the historic centre, where she took part in some traditional Greek dancing and also posed for plenty of photographs with locals and tourists.

With worldwide fans wanting to know her every move, Katherine has been sharing snippets of her time in Greece on her social media pages, telling followers, “Enjoying this beautiful historical town of Corfu! Walking the streets. It was so lovely to meet the first woman mayor of Corfu, Mayor Meropi Ydraiou! We visited the old Town Hall which was built in the 1600’s.”
