On the 7th of November, 2019 St Spyridon College was blessed as a school community to be present for the first Divine Liturgy celebrated by His Eminence Archbishop Makarios Primate of the Greek Orthodox Church of Australia.
All students were present in the Church together with the Reverend Fathers, the Head of College Principals and Teachers as well as the Chairman and Board of Governors of the College.
“We thank His Eminence for His love and for reminding us to love our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as well as to trust the Orthodox Church which is Heaven on Earth,” announced St Spyridon College.
His Eminence Archbishop Makarios was also given a tour at the Senior college campus.
