Greek Australian architecture firms design Rosebery apartment complex in Sydney, Australia

Award-winning Greek Australian architecture firms, Tzannes and Fender Katsalidis, have jointly designed an apartment complex in Sydney’s Rosebery.

Rosebery is a residential suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

The project site which is close to the Green Square district, will add to the enormous level of development taking place in the area.

According to plans, the complex will comprise of five apartment buildings arranged around three sides of the proposed Garraway Park, designed by Oculus.

The apartments are a mix of studios and one, two and three bedroom units.

Tzannes and Fender Katsalidis' project in Rosebery, a precinct in the inner-east of Sydney, is one of many projects being developed, as the suburb is undergoing a massive urban regeneration.
