The ninth case of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Greece, has been confirmed by the Ministry of Health.
According to reports he is a Greek national who recently traveled to Israel and Egypt.
He is in isolation at a reference hospital in Patras.
The incident was diagnosed at the Greek Pasteur Institute.
Earlier on Wednesday morning, the eighth case of coronavirus had been announced in Thessaloniki.
