With 24 vaccination lines and 48 doctors, the Mega COVID-19 vaccination center opened today in Thessaloniki.

When fully development, the vaccination centre will be the largest in Greece.

The COVID-19 vaccination center, which will be fully developed in March, will operate gradually, depending on the supply of vaccines.

Today, the 24 vaccination lines are activated from a total of 108 vaccination points.

People over the age of 75 will be vaccinated.

Its capacity is estimated to exceed 430 jabs per hour, 6,000 per day and 157,000 per month.

Every 8 vaccination centers are staffed by one doctor, eight nurses and two administrators.

To immediately respond to emergencies there are ambulance services that will cover the vaccination program.
