Greek tennis star Maria Sakkari went to Instagram to say that "it is not easy to be an athlete".
"To inspire means to give someone the motivation or the ability to do something or feel something," she wrote.
"The athlete does not put it down. The athlete dares to dream as few.
"The athlete has patience. It will take time to taste the joy of success, but eventually success will come!
"The athlete always wins, either qualifying or your heart.
"The athlete can 'inspire'! It is not easy to be an athlete."
