Magnitude 5.8 earthquake strikes Greece

An earthquake of magnitude 5.5 struck Greece late on Sunday, the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ) said.

The Greek Geodynamic Institute said the quake struck at a depth of 14 km near the town of Florina.

The quake was at a depth of 10 km (6.21 miles), GFZ said.
