Greece: Shooting of Music Video For Eurovision 2022 to Begin on February 6

OGAE Greece reports that the filming of the music video for Greece’s entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 will begin on February 6.

Kostas Karydas will be the director of Amanda Tenfjord’s music video. This will be the third time in a row will direct the music video for the Greek Eurovision entry. He previously directed “SUPERG!RL” in 2020 and last year’s song “Last Dance”.

Filming of the music video will take place on the island of Symi and will last three days. Amanda Tenfjord will fly to Greece in the coming days and travel with director Kostas Karidas and a team of 19 people to the island of Dodecanese.

It was previously announced that Amanda is recording the final version of her song for Eurovision 2022.

Amanda Tenfjord was born in Ioannina in northwestern Greece but moved to Tennfjord in Norway with her family at the age of 3.

In 2016, she took part in the Norwegian music competition The Stream, where she placed in the Top 30.

She started studying medicine at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology but put her studies on pause in 2019 to focus on music. She has released two EPs to date; “First Impression” (2018) and “Miss the Way You Missed Me” (2021).

Amanda Tenfjord will perform in the second half of the first semi-final on May 10.
