Sein Evgen might be known for being a Guinness World Record holder, but few know that he is a soldier in the Greek army.
The Greek special forces soldier achieved the heaviest weighted tricep dip - 151.65kg. He achieved this in Thessaloniki on 17 March 2022, making it the fifth successful time that this record has been broken.
However, now he is doing the rounds on social media for his crazy workout routines, with a bit of a back story.
