A magnitude 4 earthquake, classified as "weak", occurred at 01:02 in the sea area 60 kilometers south-southwest of Palaiochora, Chania, Crete, or 357 kilometers south of the capital, the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens announced.
