Employees at the Greek tourist attraction will stop working from 4pm for four hours a day. They say the work stoppage is aimed at protecting the health of the security staff and visitors.
“Given the problems we have faced … in recent days, measures have been unanimously decided,” the PEYFA union, which represents the striking workers, said, adding that temperatures have already surpassed 45C.
