Flag Replacement Incident at Syntagma Square During Palestine Solidarity Protest
On Sunday, November 5th, 2023, at Syntagma Square, following the cancellation of the Presidential Guard ceremony in front of the Unknown Soldier monument, an incident occurred. During a left-wing party protest in solidarity with Palestine, a man replaced the Greek flag with the Palestinian flag at Syntagma Square, located in the capital of Greece.
