Giorgos Mazonakis Initiates Legal Action Against Sister
Giorgos Mazonakis is engaged in a legal dispute with his close relative, identified as Vasso Mazonaki, who served as his former manager and confidante.
According to a statement released by Mazonakis' lawyer, Theodoros Mantas, the dispute centers around "safeguarding his financial situation and his professional path."
On Wednesday, the first step in the legal proceedings was taken with the successful adjudication of an Application for Insurance Measures before the Single Member Court of First Instance of Piraeus.
The statement highlights the involvement of both civil and criminal authorities in resolving the matter.
Sources close to Mazonakis reveal that he has previously had financial disagreements with his sister. In addition to these past conflicts, the statement confirms that she had access to his accounts and has allegedly caused him financial distress.
Mazonakis and his sister allegedly experienced a rift in their relationship around 2015 due to financial issues.
