Supermarket ATM blown up in Gerakas, East Attica

Greek authorities are investigating the ATM robbery at a supermarket in Gerakas, East Attica, that occurred early Thursday morning.

It is not known whether the perpetrators used dynamite, compressed gas or other methods to blast the ATM. They got away with boxes of cash that were inside the dispenser.

The explosion caused significant damage to the machine and to the supermarket entrance.
