Alemagou bar Mykonos reports first case of coronavirus

An alarm has been sounded on one of the most popular tourist islands in the Mediterranean, Mykonos, as an employee of Alemagou, an all-day beach bar & restaurant, has tested positive for coronavirus.

According to the post made on Instagram by the managers of the company, refuting the initial rumours that it was a waitress who tested positive, they stated that the person who tested positive is an office worker.

Specifically, they state in their post: "We would like to inform you that after a test done by an employee of our office, he tested positive for Covid-19. After that and for safety reasons, we proceed to a Covid-19 test on all staff and to disinfect all areas of the bar."
