Europe's largest Christmas Nativity Scene located in Thessaloniki

2020's largest Christmas nativity scene in Europe is located in Thessaloniki.

Set up inside the Cultural Center of a well-known hotel in Thessaloniki, Nouvelle, it was created by famous Greek artist Vasilis Michailides.

In order to ensure a safe and pleasant visit for everyone, visitors are kindly asked to observe the current health measures.

The nativity scene is approximately 15 metres in length, covering a total area of about 50 meters.

The Christmas World at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) came alive earlier this month.

The COVID-19 pandemic didn’t stop the Christmas decorations from shining bright, spreading cheer, hope, joy and love.

Spectators from all over Greece and abroad watched the event online. It was a spectacular celebration for all!
