Grammy Awards honoured Greek music legend Tolis Voskopoulos

It might have slipped the attention of many, but the 2022 Grammy Awards telecast on CBS honoured among others, Greek singing legend Tolis Voskopoulos who passed away in July 2021, in the In Memoriam segment.

With the In Memorium segment the Recording Academy salutes each individual for their respective talents and contributions to "our culture and community".

The legend that is Tolis Voskopoulos will come alive next month through his songs which will be performed in the upcoming Australian tour of Stelios Dionisiou, who will be accompanied by the bouzouki maestro himself Thanasis Polykandriotis.

Dionisiou, the son of Greek music legend Stratos Dionisiou, will performing a rich repertoire of much loved songs from much loved Greek music masters, such as Dimitris Mitropanos, George Dalaras, Haris Alexiou, Stelios Kazantizidis, and Tolis Voskopoulos to name a few.
