The filming of the Hollywood action film “Dirty Angels”, starring Eva Green and directed by Martin Campbell, who has also produced two James Bond films, will begin in Thessaloniki in the next 24 hours.

The governor of Central Macedonia, Apostolos Tzitzikostas, recently stated the film has a cost of around 35 million euros, of which approximately 25 million will be spent in the local area.

Filming will take place in Thermi, Asvestochori, and Peraia studios, in areas of western Thessaloniki, in mountainous Halkidiki and other sites.

“We are talking about at least 250 new jobs for this film, Greeks, capable people, young people who now, after so many years, had no place to work based on their studies, find a way and are absorbed through this mobility. Filming will last three months in Greece. Then the film will be completed in Morocco, and in the post-production, Thessaloniki will also star in this film,” the regional governor pointed out.
