The citizens of Chania, Crete, were speechless at the sight they witnessed.
As can be seen in the photos published by Zarpa News, the driver of the two-wheeled vehicle appears to be driving with a mobile phone in his hand and two dogs - one sitting at his feet and the other standing in front.
These images quickly made the rounds on the internet and naturally went viral.
