A video has been making the rounds on the internet showing a British tourist being severely beaten by the security from a nightclub in Laganas, Zakynthos.

The incident happened last Friday, and the images are shocking. According to ERT, the young man of British origin has identified only one of the men who hit him, a club employee of Serbian origin, who was arrested.

The prosecutor of Zakynthos examined the arrested person and received a regular trial.

Workers at this particular club claim that the British tourist hit a 19-year-old girl and attacked her with a bottle, which is why they intervened.

They have also posted photos of the badly beaten girl on social media to prove their claim.
