Crete: A thirsty vulture was found in the middle of the road - See photos

Drivers in Heraklion, Crete, were surprised when they saw a vulture perched in the middle of the road.

This happened in Linoperamata, just before Agia Marina, in BOAK. The bird was weak due to the heat and was in danger of being swept away by passing vehicles.

Immediately, some people stopped by the side of the road and rushed to give the animal water.
