Lamda is launching more residential projects at Elliniko

The management of listed Lamda Development is launching four more residential projects at Elliniko, southern Athens, as well as an investment vehicle to promote the office buildings.

The development of the four projects will proceed in the next three years, totalling 1,194 properties with a gross sales area of 153,300 square meters.
These are four new complexes, with the brand’s Neighborhood Retail, Mainstream Alimos, Mainstream Posidonos and High-Rise (a 50-meter tower).
The tower will host 251 apartments, Mainstream Alimos and Mainstream Posidonos will have 432 apartments each, and Neighborhood Retail will have another 79 residences. At the same time, the average selling price for each property will be 7,630 euros/sq.m., or €980,000 on average.

From their sale, Lamda expects gross revenue of €1.17 billion.
