Greece President receives credentials of Ambassador of Oman

Athens: Katerina Sakellaropoulou, President of the Republic of Greece, received the credentials of HH Sayyid Nizar Al Julanda Al Said, the Sultanate of Oman’s non-resident Ambassador to Greece, on Tuesday

This occurred when the President of Greece received the ambassador in the Presidential palace.

HH Sayyid Nizar conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and his best wishes of good health and happiness to President Katerina. He also conveyed His Majesty’s wishes for further progress and prosperity to the government and people of Greece.

On her turn, the President of Greece asked the Ambassador to convey her heartfelt sentiments and best wishes of good health and well-being to His Majesty the Sultan. She also wished the government and the people of Oman further progress and prosperity.

President Katerina wished the ambassador success in carrying out his duties and for further development and growth of bilateral relations.

Further, HH Sayyid Nizar expressed the keenness of His Majesty’s government to boost cooperation in all fields to serve joint interests.
