Singer Stelios Dionysiou's Luxury Home in Filothei Up for Auction Due to Debt Issues

He remains optimistic about resolving the issue, stating, “It is a matter of days to stop the auction.”

The auction process has been initiated for the property, according to a report from the Greek television station ANT1.

Located in one of Athens' most prestigious areas, Dionysiou's home has attracted attention not only for its luxury but also for the circumstances surrounding its potential sale. In a statement to ANT1, the singer clarified that although he previously lived in the maisonette, he currently rents it out and does not reside there.

Dionysiou expressed his hopefulness regarding the situation, stating, “It is a matter of days to stop the auction,” indicating that he is actively working to resolve the financial issues that led to the auction process.
