A taste of Greece on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast: The Greek dining scene in Noosa

The team behind 'Santorini Noosa' is Yanis Kotrotsios, Shane Delamont and Carlos and Flavia Vanselow.

Speaking to Noosa news, Carlos Vanselow stated that after taking over the space where previous restaurant Sirocco was and after studying around, he realised that Noosa was missing Greek food.

"We will have traditional Greek favourites and we will have a Greek chef...Everything here will be traditional. Greek food is simple and full of taste," Carlos continued.

With business partner Yanis having 35 years' experience in Greek restaurants, they are hopeful that it will be an authentic Greek experience.

Diners can enjoy the full experience of Santorini in Noosa, with the white and blue decor as well as the Greek inspired lunch and dinner, Greek wine, mouthwatering desserts and breakfast on the weekends from 7:30am.

On the Greek inspired breakfast menu is pistachio and pomegranate granola, moussaka, breakfast souvlaki and a big fat Greek breakfast.
