The second group of athletes who will represent Greece at the Tokyo Paralympic Games departed on Thursday afternoon (19/8).
These track and field Paralympians were joined on the flight by the president of the Hellenic Paralympic Committee, Christos Kaloudis.
It should be noted that the first group of Paralympians left for Tokyo only three days ago, 17 August, and were from swimming, fencing, cycling, table tennis and athletics.
The Tokyo Paralympic Games will be held from August 24 to September 5, with Greek athletes participating in a total of 11 sports.
