Domes Resorts will have at least three new projects - Santorini, Corfu and the Athenian Riviera - in 2024, and after a year like 2023, it will have important new collaborations and openings in top destinations as well.

The brand new "Domes Novos Santorini" in the Tholos area of Santorini, with 50 suites and two exclusive villas, private pools, a wellness centre, etc., is expected to open next spring at the start of the summer season.

It will be another addition to the “Domes Originals” category of the most iconic hotels of the chain linked to the Spanou family, together with the Domes of Elounda, Domes Zeen Chania, Domes Miramare Corfu, Domes of Corfu and Domes Lake Algarve in Portugal.

The three other hotel categories of the group concern the “Domes Noruz”, which are aimed mainly at adults (such as the Domes Noruz Chania, Domes Noruz Mykonos and Domes Noruz Kassandra), the “Domes Aulus” with the Domes Aulus Elounda and Domes Aulus Zante with character more all-inclusive luxury and also the more boutique units such as the “Domes Reserves” with the Domes White Coast Milos which opened in the 2023 season following the collaboration of the Spanou family with the duo of Prodea Investments and AEEAP-Invel.

Now, in addition to Milos and Mykonos, which were two of the important stops for the chain last year, the group is also making a new "opening" starting this season in the country's second premium destination, Santorini with a 5-star hotel that will appeal to the whole family.

The second new venture of the group from this season concerns the "Domes Maison Corfu" in the old town of Corfu, which will also have the character of a private club for the chain's guests on the island.

As part of the strategy for more personalised services from the 5-star chain, Domes Maison in an original mansion of 1903 will function as a hospitality space combining 5-star services, haute cuisine, art, events and special interior design, also being a station for visitors of the other hotel units of the group in Corfu.

In addition, within the framework of the chain's new collaborations, "91 Athens Riviera", the new glamping on the Athenian Riviera of Grivalia Hospitality, which is going to operate from this season, is included as one of the most innovative projects for the beachfront of Attica.

For the new glamping on an area of 45 acres, Grivalia Hospitality has entered into a long-term contract with Domes, adopting the "Domes Reserve" model.

At the new “91 Athens Riviera” guests and members of the super-luxury club will have access to a wide range of services and facilities, including eight large tennis courts (and two smaller ones), an indoor/outdoor gym with state-of-the-art equipment, as well as beach volleyball court.

Domes Resorts closed last year with 11 units in Greece and Portugal (with “Domes Lake Resort Algarve”), with 2023 marking the new “openings” in Halkidiki, Milos and Mykonos, in addition to the other restaurant venture Makris in the historical centre of Athens - the second one will open in Santorini.
