Materials for 12 servings:
200 gr. 70% cocoa couverture
400 gr. butter
6 eggs
400 gr. granulated sugar
200 gr. flour for all uses
50 gr. cocoa
20 gr. variety of roasted nuts
Step 1
Melt the couverture together with the butter in a bain-marie.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and add the butter with the couverture. Add the flour, cocoa and nuts of your choice.
Step 3
Place a piece of non-stick paper inside a 25×25 cm square pan and pour the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for exactly 30 minutes.
Step 4
Let it cool well and cut it into square pieces.
