An indictment report against the doctors who treated a baby who died of COVID-19 was submitted today to the prosecutor's office by the parents through their lawyer, Antonis Sakaroudis.
The family asked for an investigation into whether there was negligence by the medical and nursing staff of the children's hospital where the unfortunate baby was treated for about a month, Ethnos reported.
"The family wants justice and learn the cause of death," said Sakaroudis when leaving the Athens Prosecutor's Office.
"We want to know if there was medical negligence," he added.
