Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu is expected in Athens at the end of the month.
The Turkish Foreign Minister, in particular, will meet with his Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias on May 31, according to Yeni Şafak.
According to the Turkish outlet, Çavuşoğlu is visiting Athens following an invitation from Dendias during his visit to Ankara.
In fact, citing diplomatic sources, Yeni Şafak emphasises that the tensions that flared up between the two ministers in Ankara "will not occur in Athens either."
Finally, it is mentioned that the Dendias-Çavuşoğlu meeting will be something like a preparation for a meeting on June 14 between Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on the sidelines of the NATO summit.
