Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew: 16-year-old Ukrainian painted his Easter card

Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew chose a painting by a 16-year-old Ukrainian refugee girl to decorate his Easter card in order to send a symbolic message.

The work is by the young girl, who sends similar paintings to her through the humanitarian aid gathered in Istanbul.

She offered this work to the Ecumenical Patriarch, who chose to symbolically decorate this year's Easter card with it.
