Another incident of donkey abuse is reported on social media by "Gaidourochora - the Greek Donkey Centre", this time in Koropi. Police rushed to the scene and the owner of the animal was arrested.
The donkey was found dead as it got caught in the rope that was tied.
According to the complaint, the animal struggled to get free for days and finally died.
"Gaidourochora - the Greek Donkey Centre" also uploaded a video of the tied donkeys in a field, one of which became entangled in its rope and eventually died.
