The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), on Wednesday, announced it received only one bid in a tender for the concession of port operation services (berthing services and other services) and the right to use, operate, manage and develop Argostoli Marina.
In particular, the pre-selected investment scheme is Α1 Yacht Trade Consortium SA. The concession duration is 40 years, while the Fund can extend the time for ten additional years.
The Marina is in the bay of Argostoli, on the southwest coast of the island of Kefalonia, approximately 11 km from the International Airport of Kefalonia “Anna Pollatos”.
Its capacity is estimated at 174 berths, with the land zone extending to about 46,000 square metres.
