Anna Korakaki won a second medal, silver this time, in the shooting World Cup competition in Cairo, Egypt.
After her victory on Saturday (27/1) in the 10m air pistol, the Greek Olympic champion took second place in the 25m pistol on Monday (29/01) after a great battle with Doreen Vennekamp.
Korakaki was ranked 5th in the preliminary round of the competition and entered the final eight, where she improved her performance and went head-to-head against the German world title holder.
The two gymnasts reached equal points in the last round of the final, each having 34 accurate shots, with Vennekamp scoring 5/5 at the crucial point and beating the Greek champion 39-37.
