Giannis Antetokounmpo's team suffers heavy loss to Golden State Warriors

Giannis Antetokounmpo's team the Milwaukee Bucks suffered a major defeat on Wednesday night, after losing 125-90 to the Golden State Warriors, ending abruptly the Bucks' six-game winning streak.

The Warriors were led by Stephen Curry, who scored 29 points on 6-of-10 three-point shooting. Jonathan Kuminga added 20 points and Trece Jackson-Davis had 15.

Giannis Antetokounmpo returned from a one-game absence for the Bucks due to left Achilles tendonitis. He had 23 points (7-of-12 shooting, 1-of-3 three-pointers, 6-of-9 free throws), 7 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 block, and 2 steals in 33 minutes. Damian Lillard had 20 points and 6 assists, and Bobby Portis had 20 points and 6 rebounds.

The Bucks' next game is against the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday morning at 5:00 AM ET at the Staples Centre.
