A grandmother's dream of travelling to Rome since she saw Aliki Vougiouklaki's "Monterna Stahtopouta" (Modern Cinderella) became a reality.
Modern Cinderella became a grandmother, who felt a little... Aliki Vougiouklaki in Alekos Sakellariou's film that was released in theaters in 1965.
A part of the film was shot in Rome and at the Trevi Fountain. Seeing these pictures, the grandmother had a dream from a young age to travel to Rome and find herself in these places.
"My grandmother had a dream to travel to Rome, from the movie 'Monterna Stahtopouta' with Aliki Vougiouklaki," wrote in the TikTok video from inside the plane her granddaughter, who decided to give her this trip as a gift.
Grandma seemed to enjoy her walk to the Trevi Fountain and as...another Alice tossed her coin. The post was flooded with comments and quickly went viral.
