You can enter Greece if you are vaccinated. You are considered fully vaccinated if you have received the full course of the vaccine at least 14 days before arriving in Greece.

All foreign travellers may be subject to a mandatory random health screening upon arriving in Greece.
In the case of a positive result, unvaccinated travellers must undergo quarantine for ten days, and fully vaccinated people for seven days. In both cases, quarantine ends only if travellers have a negative PCR test on the last day of self-isolation.
