After Ghana, Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias traveled to Gabon as part of his visits to African countries.
In fact, on Thursday night he delivered 200,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines, in a meeting with the Foreign Minister of the African country, after the 150,000 that had already been donated by the Greek government to Ghana.
The Twitter post reads: “Gabon is the next destination of Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias’ trip to sub-Saharan Africa. Starting his visit, Foreign Minister Dendias was welcomed by Gabonese Foreign Minister Pacôme Moubelet-Boubeya and made a donation of 200,000 COVID-19 vaccines on behalf of Greek government, reaffirming Greece’s commitment to share resources to fight the pandemic.”
