A new wave of bad weather is expected to sweep across Greece this weekend, bringing snow to lower altitudes, including parts of Attica.

According to meteorologists Thodoris Kolydas and Yannis Kallianos, snowfall is predicted in areas like Dionysos, Varnavas, and Vilia in Attica.

Significant Impact Expected in Eastern Greece

Regions in eastern Greece are expected to be most heavily impacted by the severe weather, with heavy snowfall anticipated in areas such as Magnesia, Evia, East Central Greece, and parts of Attica.

Temporary Improvement on Friday

While some respite is expected on Friday with a temporary improvement in weather conditions, rain and snowfall are expected to gradually decrease. However, a significant deterioration is anticipated from Saturday onwards.
