Greek model and TV personality Elena Polychronopoulou has been arrested along with her partner for drug trafficking after they were found in possession of 8 kilos of cocaine.
The Athens Prosecutor’s Office proceeded with criminal charges against the two whilst her partner is also being charged for resisting arrest with the use of violence against the arresting police officers.
According to the official police announcement, Elena Polychronopoulou’s partner was stopped in the area of Nea Smyrni and found to possess a commercial amount of the drug which he was trafficking on her behalf.
In total, the following were confiscated:
Cocaine weighing 7,827.1 grams
Electronic precision scales
Cash: 5,050 euros

1 motorcycle
4 mobile phone devices
