Piraeus Tower, Greece's first digital and bioclimatic skyscraper, was officially inaugurated on Tuesday in the presence of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Piraeus Mayor Yiannis Moralis.

This 130 million euro investment marks the beginning of the new Athenian Riviera and is situated in the heart of one of Europe’s largest passenger ports.

The reconstruction of the 22-floor, 88-metre-high tower, which spans 34,623 square metres, was undertaken by Piraeus Tower S.A., a joint venture between Dimand, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and Prodea Investment AEEAP. The venture secured a 99-year concession contract with the Municipality of Piraeus.
