Kim Cattrall was thrilled by her maiden trip to Greece. The beloved and perennially unconventional Samantha of "Sex and the City" spent three days in Athens accompanied by her partner Russell Thomas. She loved delicious Greek food and also met several foreign and domestic stars.
"Extraordinary first visit to Greece!" she wrote on her Instagram account, accompanying her post with a "Thank you" written in Greek and the song of the internationally famous Greek performer Demis Roussos, "Someday Somewhere."
The 67-year-old actress was in Athens as a guest at the three-day party celebrating the official opening of the luxury resort One&Only Aesthesis in Asteria Glyfadas, and her glow, outgoing character, and inexhaustible mood were impressive.
She even made sure to record some of the special moments she experienced in Athens, such as her visit to the Acropolis, enjoying the Greek sunset on the Athenian Riviera, and leisurely walks with her partner.
Particularly sociable, she seemed to enjoy the Athenian nightlife. She was always sparkling and smiling, and with a lot of appetite for conversation with her glamorous co-stars, including the Australian pop star Kylie Minogue and the Welsh actor and singer Luke Evans.
When she met Anna Vissi, it looked like she had found her alter ego. The two of them indulged in a wild dance.

Constantly by her side was her 14-year-younger lover, Russell Thomas, with whom she has been with for the past eight years.
The two met for the first time in 2016, and although he, who was then working as a sound engineer at the BBC, is not a public figure, they have managed to create a balanced relationship in which they feel calm and happy.
Long-term relationships may have been a nightmare for the adventurous Samantha Jones, but for Kim Cattrall, a successful relationship is not luck but the result of the couple's work to create a beautiful life together.
